As Senior Lead of Propulsion University & Knowledge Management, I owned the talent management strategy for engineering in Propulsion Division, and led the University’s team of curriculum developers in planning, designing and delivering divisional training programs, including instructor-led and distance learning and tools.

I created a number of innovative new programs, including the Engineering Mentorship Program, the Division’s Gap Closure Process for at risk, strategically critical job roles, and the overarching talent management strategy, titled the Knowledge Management Plan for Propulsion Engineering, which included incorporated learning paths as well as skills and succession planning for the division’s 800 engineers.

As part of my responsibilities, I managed my team’s assignments and performance and authored and delivered senior management and executive briefings on University projects and programs for the division. I also was Propulsion’s representative to the enterprise Engineering University Alliance, where I helped to direct the company’s strategy on university creation and methodology in other divisions. Finally, I was the University’s designated leader for all LEAN activities, including 5S processes.
